Alexander is arguably London’s best personal trainer and leads the personal training team at Elite Pt London. With over 10 years’ experience as a strength and conditioning coach Alexander takes a systematic yet tailored approach with his clients to ensure they achieve body transformations that fit them best. Using strength training and enhancing the mind-set, he believes a simple yet effective system, holds the key to making sure that those he works with adapt to sustainable habits. His programs will help you to not only look better, but feel much better about yourself. Also, Alexander develops strong relationships with his clients based on trust, honesty and respect and it is these factors that allow him to guarantee that his clients achieve their goals. His training is highly scientific, monitored closely and adapted to each individual person in order to ensure that you receive the most effective training and nutrition plan possible, but the key to his success is his ability to truly listen to what you want, and ensure you enjoy the process from start to finish.
